NEW BRUNSWICK CANADA

CANADA

We made it to the border AND yes we got search AGAIN!! After they search our rig & found nothing...we were on our way to St.Martins on the Bay of Fundy.
Now we can say we have been in St.Martins in the Bahamas & Canada!!

The Bay of Fundy is the world's most extreme tides rise & fall twice daily. We have been in Alaska where its the second highest tides in the world! One on the Pacific Ocean & the other on the Atlantic Ocean!! The Bay runs along the coastline in NB. Our campground was right on the bay.
We took a walk to the sea caves by our park when the tide was out.

Time to move! The tide is coming in!!

Moving fast!

Ok this is the sea cave we were just in!!

Tide is completely in

St.Martins is a fishing village has a rich shipbuilding heritage, caves, spectacular tides & cluster of covered bridges
I took pictures of before & after the tide comes in

Time for a hike thru the Fundy Trail Parkway
How many stairs down to the waterfalls???

Smiling now but we have to go up the stairs now

Ok I don't know how many steps but once we got down to the falls, I forgot my camera... Well up I went alone, got the camera, came down AGAIN....
And up Again after pictures!! I was exhausted
The answer to how many steps....too many#$%&*steps!!

We were above the clouds.AWESOME!!

Views along the parkway

Wooden bridge to cross over

In St. Martins we bought a live lobster to cook! Our FIRST time!!Dan picked the lobster, boiled, clean, served,& enjoyed every bite!!

Mmmmmm!!

The Flats are extensive mud flat at low tide

HOPEWELL ROCKS
The tides rise up to 13 vertical feet per hour & can reach a height of up to 46 feet. That's as high as a 4-story building!!The moon has a big effect on the tides. During a new or full moon, there is a greater than normal gravitational pull, causing higher than normal tides.

Exploring the ocean floor during low tide!!
