JOURNEY TO ALASKA BEGINS

                                                                          WOW!!!

                      Can't believe it's time to start our

                                 Journey to Alaska!!!



                                                        Well here we go!!!

                                              Our first stop April 3rd 2012
                                                          
                                              
                               GRAND CANYON AZ

                                    
                
                                                   We started at the Vistor Center



We decided to take the shuttle bus and head west of the vistor's center.
This was our FIRST view of the Canyons!!!
AWESOME!!!!
 You have to experience to feel the soul and beauty of this wonder of the world



Look Out Studio also known as Kolb Studio.
 A studio where two brothers back in the early 1900's were photographers
 who risk their lives for that perfect canyon picture!

The Colorado River divides the North & South Rim.
 Anybody up for a raft ride???

This was our last stop Hermit's Rest. a stone building designed by Mary Colter, now on the National Register of Historic Places.
