TALKEETNA, ALASKA

Mt. McKinley the tallest peak in North America at 20,320 ft. The mountains of Alaska Range are so tall that they block clouds, and affect the weather- and the mountain's visibilty. This is the south view of the Denali National Park. Since the first climber tried to summit McKinley in 1903, over 30,000 climbers have made the attempt. Around 1200 are trying each year, about 600 of them succeed.

Hey kids this is our new rig! COOL!!!

Talkeetna: The 10th "COOLEST TOWN IN AMERICA"
We spent a day here BUT we could spent a lifetime here. Just a little town full of Historic log cabins!

This is how they deliver mail in Alaska!

What's on the menu????

Dan wants to buy this airstream and make it into "TACO EXPRESS"

Great food BUT was shock to see real Mexicans in Alaska. I started a conversation with her and found out they are here only in the summer & back to Mexico in the winter!! Smart Mexicans!!!
